Some minor tweaks.

When de-installing SCO TCP/IP, please remember to
remove the LAN card drivers using mkdev *BEFORE*
using custom to remove the rest of the package.

The release notes state that only one SLIP line
is supported.  The actual number is 4.

When you configure a networking adapter with "mkdev tcp",
duplicate lines appear in /etc/hosts similar to these:

132.147.82.1  hostname
132.147.82.1  hostname.domain

You must combine these two lines into the following form:

132.147.82.1  hostname hostname.domain
